We are a UK based company supplying bridal jewellery and fashion accessories through our website. We source our jewellery from all over the world, and where possible import directly from the manufacturers to cut down on costs. All our products are held in stock in the UK and shipped worldwide as soon as payment clears.

Our aim is to provide the finest quality products at prices which are a fraction of what you'd expect to pay in the high street.
We are a small family run business, and when you shop on our website, you're buying from real people who care about the service provided to you. Although a few of our processes are automated, like order confirmation emails, we do still take time to manually send dispatch and payment notifications with individually typed tracking numbers, and if neccessary messages to the customer. This level of personal service is essential, as our biggest asset is you our customers, and if we're not looking after you then quite simply we're not doing our job. In this day of "information technology" unfortunately some large businesses have lost the human touch, and a simple call to enquire about a product turns into a hard sell. It still makes us smile when our callers realise they're talking to someone who's happy to have a chat, and not going to try to sell them some totally useless insurance cover or talk them into buying more than they need.

We can process orders over the telephone as well as online, however if you're placing an order over the phone it really speeds things up if you can go through the online process as far as the payment stage. By doing this we have all the neccessary information already on the system to put the order through quickly. If for some reason you can't complete the online process it's not a problem and we will happily take all your details over the phone.
