Q. If I purchase a necklace and earring set can I return just the necklace on it's own for a refund and keep the earrings?
A. Sorry, we can not split necklace/earring sets, therefore our returns policy regarding sets containing earrings for pierced ears can not be changed.
Q. What's the difference between rhinestones and diamantes?
A. Rhinestones, diamantes and crystals are just different names for the same thing, they are all cut glass with a reflective backing designed to look like diamonds.
Q. What does silver plated and sterling silver plated mean?
A. All our silver jewellery is made form a base metal, electro plated in sterling silver, the electro plating process uses an electrical current to deposit a layer of silver on top of the base metal.
Q. In the past I've had alergic reactions to silver plated jewellery will this happen with your products?
A. Most alergic reactions to silver plated jewellery are caused by the metal Nickel being present in the base metal, all our jewellery is Nickel free so a reaction is unlikely.
Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
A. We can't give an exact delivery date, however on each product page an estimated delivery date is shown. This is usually pretty accurate but remember, bank holidays and other delays beyond our control can affect it. On average most orders are delivered in 3-5 working days. Please see our postage page for full details.
Q. Will I have to sign for my order?
A. Depending on what postage method was selected you may have to sign for your order.
Q. What happens if I can't sign for my order or miss the delivery?
A. Royal Mail should leave a while you were out card with details of how to arrange redelivery or collect your package. If you haven't collected / arranged redilvery of your package within 7 days it may be returned to us. For normal first class post you should check with neighbours or ask your postman if it's been left in a safe place.
Q. Does your silver jewellery tarnish?
A. The unfortunate answer is yes, all silver jewellery can tarnish, tarnishing is a natural reaction between impurities in the atmosphere and the silver. Tarnishing can be prevented by following the care instructions on this website, they can be found by following the links in the information section.
Q. Will my jewellery come in a gift box?
A. In general all necklaces, earrings, bracelets and accessories come in black card gift boxes. Because tiaras are more fragile we pack them in tissue and heavy postal boxes, we do also sell clear plastic tiara boxes which can be used to store your tiara.
Q. Do you sell your jewellery through bridal stores so I can go and try it on?
A. Our full range is only available for purchase online, if we were to sell through bridal shops our prices would have to greatly increase to cover the costs involved.
Q. Can I buy several different tiaras and return the ones I don't want?
A. You can of coarse return unsuitable tiaras, provided our full returns terms are met, please read these before purchasing so you're familiar with them.
Q. Do you have a printed catalogue you can send me?
A. All our available products can be viewed online and are constantly changing, therefore we don't have a printed catalogue.
