Postage costs are calculated during the checkout process and for most UK orders sent Royal Mail first class recorded are between £2.50 and £5.50. The best way to check postage is to add the items to your cart and go to checkout.

International orders are calculated in the same way and the cost is dependant on destination.

UK orders are sent in postal approved packaging, by Royal Mail First Class Post or Special Delivery if selected.

We can't guarantee a delivery time however most UK orders arrive within 3-5 days. An estimated delivery date is given on each product page. In line with royal mail practices you should allow upto 28 days for delivery and unfortunately we can't accept claims for loss before this time frame has lapsed.

Orders returned by Royal Mail undelivered will be held for a further 28 days then disposed off, if we are contacted we can usually arrange redelivery.
