Postage costs are calculated during the checkout process and for most UK orders sent Royal Mail first class recorded are between £1.00 and £5.50. The best way to check postage is to add the items to your cart and go to checkout.

International orders are calculated in the same way and the cost is dependant on destination.

UK orders are sent in postal approved packaging, by Royal Mail First Class Post or Special Delivery if selected.

We can't guarantee a delivery time unless you select Special Delivery however most UK orders arrive within 3-5 days. An estimated delivery date is given on each product page. In line with royal mail practices you should allow upto 28 days for delivery and unfortunately we can't accept claims for loss before this time frame has lapsed.

Orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive before 1pm one working day after posting. Please remember Bank Hoildays and weekends are excluded, and occasionally Royal Mail may suspend the guaranteed delivery due to adverse weather, industrial action or other exceptional circumstances. Orders returned by Royal Mail undelivered will be held for a further 28 days then disposed off, if we are contacted we can usually arrange redelivery.

From time to time we may offer free postage promotions dependant on order value. If you order using one of these offers and later return goods which would take your order below the free order value, postage and packaging of £3.50 will be added to your order and deducted from any refund due.
