Sparkling crystal rays tiara, set with hundreds of beautiful rhinestone crystals and plated in sterling silver. The "Crystal Rays Tiara" is approximately 13cm (5 inches) across and about 40mm (1 1/2inches) high.

The tiara can be flexed in and out to fit most sizes.
