We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy).
- Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them, for guarantee claims goods must be returned within 1 year of purchase.
- No postage or packaging costs will be refunded.
- For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return (for refund) of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
- All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging. Tiaras with sealed clear plastic wrapping must not be opened for hygiene reasons but can be tried on with the plastic in tact.
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned, and all returns should be insured against transit damage or loss. Everything we sell is guaranteed for one year, to be free from manufacturing defects and faults and we will happily repair or replace any item returned to us under guarantee.

Order Returns Number
An Order Returns Number (ORN) must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. Please click here to obtain an ORN and printed return address. An ORN can not be provided over the phone and must be obtained through the links on this page.
Please be aware we can not make exceptions to these few conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or without the original invoice will not be refunded and will be disposed off at our discretion.
