Postage

• Postage costs are calculated during the checkout process and for most UK orders sent Royal Mail first class recorded are between £2.50 and £5.50. We can't tell you postage costs over the phone, the best way to check postage is to add the items to your cart and go to checkout.
• International orders are calculated in the same way and the cost is dependant on destination.
• All postage costs are advised during the checkout process before you finally submit your order.
• UK orders are sent in postal approved packaging, by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery if selected.
• Most orders are dispatched with in 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment, however even with Special Delivery we can not guarantee a delivery date. If your order is really urgent you're best to give us a call and we'll be able to advise if we can get it to you on time.
• Royal Mail delivery times vary, and unfortunately we can not give an exact delivery date, most UK order are delivered in 2-5 days however this is only an estimate and royal mail occasionally take longer .

Returns

• We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met.
• Goods should be securely packaged and sent back postage paid to the following address:

  For security reasons it's best not to mention "Bridal Gems" on the outside of the package, we've found by not putting "Bridal Gems" on, fewer packages go missing in the post.

• All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy).
  We send an invoice with every order, if your package has a printed label, then it also must have an invoice, as the printed label comes off the top of the invoice, so please check the packaging carefully.
• Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
• No postage or packaging costs will be refunded.
• All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, tiaras are sent in sealed clear plastic wrappers, this must remain intact, we can not refund tiaras returned without the wrapper or if the wrapper has been opened..
• it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.
• For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
• All goods are guaranteed for one year, to be free from manufacturing defects and faults and we will happily repair or replace any item returned to us under guarantee.
• Please be aware we can not make exceptions to these few conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or without the original invoice will not be refunded and will be disposed off at our discretion.

Discount Coupons

• From time to time we may run discount promotions on selected items or across the entire site, the discount will be in the form of a discount code.
• Coupons can be redeemed by entering the appropriate code during checkout.
• If coupons are dependant on order value, we reserve the right to cancel the discount if an item is later returned which brings the order total below the discount threshold.
• All coupons are time limited, if no time limit is specified then the default period to use the coupon is 3 months. Coupons may still be valid after this time but we can not guarantee they'll work.
• Coupons may be withdrawn at any time without notice, however we will only do this in exceptional circumstances or if the system is being misused.
• Coupons have no cash value and under no circumstance can they be sold or traded in any way.
• Anyone found abusing the coupon system will have their account suspended and no longer be able to trade on the www.bridalgems.co.uk site or any other site in the Bridal Gems group.
• Only one coupon may be used with any one order, and the system is set up to reject multiple coupons.
• Some goods such as sale items may be excluded from a coupon promotion, you'll be notified of these during checkout.

VAT

• All prices include 17.5% UK Value Added Tax.
• VAT is included in the price for all customers from EU member states.
• VAT Reg. Number 926 5895 75
• Non EU customers will not be charged VAT, during the checkout process as soon as you enter your address the VAT will be deducted.
